It’s official — CUNA Mutual Group is now TruStage™ and as a result, Compliance Systems is now TruStage Compliance Solutions! This also brings a slight change to the naming of some of our products. The two most noticeable changes you may see are:“Simplicity Configuration” is replaced by “Configuration” and references to “the configuration tool.” “Simplicity Runtime” is replaced by “Compliance Safety Net.” Within Compliance Safety Net, we will continue to reference the workflow by the Runtime name you see during your session. “Runtime-Loans” and “Runtime-TFA”” are two examples of this.As we complete our transition, you can expect to see a mixed brand presence in market, including updates like above. Updated: February 2, 2026The Community Lounge is an online space where we share valuable information on the Compliance Solutions products you use. The Lounge is designed to provide you with product updates, FAQs, job aids, and video tutorials so that you can find helpful answers to your questions. The Lounge includes general product forums as well as forums that are specific to the way our products work with your platform system. Click here for instructions on how to register for the Community Lounge.Please make sure that you sign up for the Lounge and that you subscribe to forums to receive email communications when new content is posted. How to Subscribe: When you are within a forum, there is a green rectangle button on the right-hand side of your screen that says “Subscribe”. Click that button to receive email notifications when a new update or piece of news is posted.
There are 2 ways to change your Community Lounge password. If you forgot your password, follow Method 1 show below. If you are able to log in, you can choose either method.Method 1 - Forgot PasswordClick the Click to Login button at the top of the Community LoungeClick Forgot password?.Enter your username or email address. After you complete this, a message will be displayed letting you know that an email was sent to the email address associated with the account. If you do not receive an email to reset your password, you either had a typo in the information entered or your account is not active - please reenter your username or email address. If that still does not generate an email in your inbox, please reach out to compliancesolutionscommunications@trustage.com Click Change password in the email you receive and follow the instructions there.Method 2 - Update Your ProfileAfter you log into the community lounge, click the icon with your profile image or initials, then click My profile.
If you would like to receive email notifications when a new topic has been added to a specific forum, click the green Subscribe button on the top right of your screen while you're in the forum you want to subscribe to. Example Image Below:

This outage is not related to TruStage Compliance Solutions technology and does not require any action or release changes from our team. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available.
As of 3:20 PM ET on July 14, 2026, access to the Service Desk has been fully restored.Our team can now view and process support tickets submitted during the outage. Any tickets submitted while access was unavailable are being reviewed and prioritized in the order received.We appreciate your patience and understanding during this disruption. If you submitted an urgent request via email during the outage, no further action is required unless you have been asked for additional information by our team.The outage was not related to TruStage Compliance Solutions technology and did not require any release changes from our team.Thank you for your partnership.
