Status confirmed August 11, 2026 at 9:15 a.m. ET.Message from Compliance SolutionsWe are aware of the recently announced TruStage cybersecurity issue and want to assure clients that it is not impacting access to TruStage Compliance Solutions cloud products, including Configuration, Compliance Safety Net, and Compliance Hub Alerts.Clients may continue using these applications as normal. This outage is not related to TruStage Compliance Solutions technology, does not require any action or release changes from our team and any non-public data used in these systems remains secure and is likewise unimpacted. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available.

As of 3:20 PM ET on July 14, 2026, access to the Service Desk has been fully restored.Our team can now view and process support tickets submitted during the outage. Any tickets submitted while access was unavailable are being reviewed and prioritized in the order received.We appreciate your patience and understanding during this disruption. If you submitted an urgent request via email during the outage, no further action is required unless you have been asked for additional information by our team.The outage was not related to TruStage Compliance Solutions technology and did not require any release changes from our team.Thank you for your partnership. Please contact us through the Service Desk if you need assistance.
