As of 3:20 PM ET on July 14, 2026, access to the Service Desk has been fully restored.

Our team can now view and process support tickets submitted during the outage. Any tickets submitted while access was unavailable are being reviewed and prioritized in the order received.

The outage was not related to TruStage Compliance Solutions technology and did not require any release changes from our team.
