TruStage Compliance Solutions has identified an issue in Compliance Safety Net version 2.241.2.8426, which was published to the Quarterly Production environment the evening of November 19, 2024. This issue prevented the ability to delete fees in Compliance Safety Net for some clients.

As a result, we've identified the best course of action is to roll back these updates and revert back to version 2.229.0.8097. The Compliance Safety Net Quarterly Production environment was reverted to version 2.229.0.8097 at approximately 3:25 p.m. Eastern on November 20, 2024.
