Changes You Will See In Product Names

It’s official — CUNA Mutual Group is now TruStage™ and as a result, Compliance Systems is now TruStage Compliance Solutions! This also brings a slight change to the naming of some of our products. The two most noticeable changes you may see are:“Simplicity Configuration” is replaced by “Configuration” and references to “the configuration tool.” “Simplicity Runtime” is replaced by “Compliance Safety Net.” Within Compliance Safety Net, we will continue to reference the workflow by the Runtime name you see during your session. “Runtime-Loans” and “Runtime-TFA”” are two examples of this.As we complete our transition, you can expect to see a mixed brand presence in market, including updates like above. While the names may be different, they are the same products you know and trust. Please reach out if you have any immediate questions. Thank you for your continued partnership.

As of 3:30 pm EST on March 28, 2025, the outage with the Service Desk that was impacting the ability to create tickets has been resolved and confirmed by our Support Team.Partner and Client support requests may be submitted to Service Desk through normal channels.While the issue was not related to our technology and did not require any release changes from TruStage Compliance Solutions, we will continue to monitor the situation.

Service Disruption Resolution and version roll back details

TruStage Compliance Solutions has identified an issue in Compliance Safety Net version 2.241.2.8426, which was published to the Quarterly Production environment the evening of November 19, 2024. This issue prevented the ability to delete fees in Compliance Safety Net for some clients.As a result, we've identified the best course of action is to roll back these updates and revert back to version 2.229.0.8097. The Compliance Safety Net Quarterly Production environment was reverted to version 2.229.0.8097 at approximately 3:25 p.m. Eastern on November 20, 2024.If you are experiencing an issue in a recent transaction you may need to restart your Safety Net session. Please submit a service desk ticket if you have further questions.This is a resolution notification for the original disruption notice published 11:57 a.m. Eastern on November 20, 2024 and updated at 1:00 p.m. Eastern on November 20, 2024.

Resolved: Microsoft Azure Outage

Update: As of 9:45 am EST on July 19, 2024, TruStage Compliance Solutions has resolved access to our ticketing system. Our cloud and hosting environments do not use Azure and are not impacted. We will continue to monitor this situation and post updates if needed. To keep up with the Azure outage please see Azure status.  As of 8:30 am EST on Friday July 19, 2024, TruStage Compliance Solutions has been made aware of an outage with Microsoft Azure. Access to our ticketing system may be limited. However, our cloud and hosting environments do not use Azure and are not impacted.This may impact the ability to start or respond to a Service Desk tickets.
