How to Change Your Service Desk Password

Follow the instructions below to change your password for the Compliance Solutions Service Desk. There are 2 methods that this can be done.Method 1 - Forgot PasswordOn the Service Desk homepage, enter your email address and click Next.Click Forgot password? on the following screenYou will receive notification an email was sent to the email provided. In your email, click the Reset my password button. You will be brought back to the Service Desk. Enter a new password and click Confirm.Method 2 - Update Your ProfileAfter signing into the Service Desk with your credentials, click the circle icon in the top right of the screen and select Profile.On the Profile page, click Change password.Complete the fields on the Change password form and click Update.

Update on Compliance Systems’ COVID-19 ResponseImportant

Updated Tuesday, March 17, 2020 Compliance Systems continues to monitor developments surrounding the coronavirus (COVID19). This includes monitoring information from the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization as well as state and local health agencies to ensure our business decisions keep our customers, employees, partners, and communities healthy and safe. As a result, we are currently taking the following actions. Employees and contractors are encouraged to work from home. Our office buildings will remain open for those individuals who may need to periodically come to the office to complete work processes. For visitors who were planning to come to our office, we have made alternate arrangements to postpone meetings or conduct them virtually. Our goal is to limit non-essential visits to our offices.
