As of 7:30 am EST on 9/13/2024, the outage with Atlassian that was impacting the ability to create tickets using our Service Desk has been resolved and confirmed by our Support Team.
Partner and Client support requests may be submitted to Service Desk through normal channels.
While the issue was not related to our technology and did not require any release changes from TruStage Compliance Solutions, we will continue to monitor the situation. For full details please visit https://status.atlassian.com/
