Update: As of 9:45 am EST on July 19, 2024, TruStage Compliance Solutions has resolved access to our ticketing system. Our cloud and hosting environments do not use Azure and are not impacted. We will continue to monitor this situation and post updates if needed.

As of 8:30 am EST on Friday July 19, 2024, TruStage Compliance Solutions has been made aware of an outage with Microsoft Azure. Access to our ticketing system may be limited. However, our cloud and hosting environments do not use Azure and are not impacted.

This may impact the ability to start or respond to a Service Desk tickets. If you need immediate assistance please reach out to us through email at compliancesolutionssupport@trustage.com
