Resolved: At 2:37 p.m. ET, Amazon announced that the issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
Update: Since 2:30 p.m. ET, the outage with AWS has stabilized and we will continue to monitor this issue.
Our Compliance Utility environments are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which also provides certain other related services necessary for managing these cloud environments. As of 1:40 p.m. ET on Thursday, July 28, AWS has reported issues with services and are affecting access to some of the components in our solution. Affected clients are reporting issues when attempting to access Simplicity Runtime.
Compliance Systems understands the critical need for all-time availability of our solution and we are currently working with AWS to resolve this issue. This issue is not related to our technology and will not require any release changes from Compliance Systems, we will continue to make all necessary AWS service optimizations to ensure that your business operations are not interrupted again.
