TruStage Compliance Solutions will be closed the following days in observance of the Christmas and New Year's holidays:
- Wednesday, December 24th
- Thursday, December 25th
- Thursday, January 1st
On Wednesday, December 24th, financial institution support staff will monitor the Service Desk for any new time sensitive tickets that require immediate assistance from 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. For prioritization, if applicable please specify the loan closing date and time in the ticket.
We will respond to other incoming tickets during regular business hours on Friday, December 26th.
