Compliance Solutions is aware of recent vulnerabilities with MOVEit. MOVEit’s parent company, Progress, released a security advisory stating that they had discovered a SQL injection vulnerability in the MOVEit platform that could lead to escalated privileges and potential unauthorized access to MOVEit customers’ environments.Compliance Solutions does not use MOVEit as part of our solution offering. However, it is used by other areas of TruStage.TruStage Information Security and Information Technology teams rapidly deployed a response team to investigate this issue and identify and implement potential risk mitigation steps including applying the patches provided by Progress Software. They have not found any evidence of exploitation of this vulnerability in our environment to date and continue to monitor the threat closely. Further guidance will be provided as it becomes available.

Updated Tuesday, March 17, 2020 Compliance Systems continues to monitor developments surrounding the coronavirus (COVID19). This includes monitoring information from the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization as well as state and local health agencies to ensure our business decisions keep our customers, employees, partners, and communities healthy and safe. As a result, we are currently taking the following actions. Employees and contractors are encouraged to work from home. Our office buildings will remain open for those individuals who may need to periodically come to the office to complete work processes. For visitors who were planning to come to our office, we have made alternate arrangements to postpone meetings or conduct them virtually. Our goal is to limit non-essential visits to our offices. Follow the instructions below to change your password for the Compliance Solutions Service Desk. There are 2 methods that this can be done.Method 1 - Forgot PasswordOn the Service Desk homepage, enter your email address and click Next.Click Forgot password? on the following screenYou will receive notification an email was sent to the email provided. In your email, click the Reset my password button. You will be brought back to the Service Desk. Enter a new password and click Confirm.Method 2 - Update Your ProfileAfter signing into the Service Desk with your credentials, click the circle icon in the top right of the screen and select Profile.On the Profile page, click Change password.Complete the fields on the Change password form and click Update.

As you may know, SolarWinds recently announced that its Orion software was compromised by what it identified as an “outside nation state.” Orion is a tool used to help organizations monitor outages on their computer networks and servers.Compliance Systems does not use Orion or any SolarWinds product in our partner cloud environments. While we use SolarWinds for the monitoring of internal systems, we have taken all proper steps to patch the application and there has been no direct impact on our organization.If you have questions, please reach out to us at support@compliancesystems.com.
